Introduction
Process Manager provides the ability to run CMM inspection part programs,
view statistic reports and obtain process adjustment instructions from one
simple user interface. This one integrated solution is designed for the shop
floor manufacturing process to statistically maintain control of the process
and make any adjustment long before there is an out of tolerance condition.
How it Works
The software combines three powerful applications CMM Manager, QC-CALC
Real Time™, and Reaction Plan Manager™ with the Part Explorer. CMM
Manager is used to gage the part. It provides the tools to create an
automated inspection part program using CAD data. QC-CALC Real-Time is
used to capture measurement data and statistically monitor the process.
The SPC database contains all the part data and statistical reports. Reaction
Plan Manager is used to analyze the process and provide operator
instructions to adjust a machine. It combines part measurement data from
QC-CALC with a Reaction Plan to generate a report that explains the
necessary machine adjustments. The Part Explorer provides a mechanism to
organize your parts in folders, preview setups and launch part programs.

Process Manager Operation Sequence
1.) Using the Part Explorer the operator selects a
part to measure.
2.) The Measurement Application loads, measures
the part and generates an inspection report.
3.) Part data is captured, statistically analyzed and
exported
4.) The exported data is combined with a Reaction
Plan associated with the part. The plan is
